Order Instruction: 1) Please type in the name, max 8 alphabet letters and/or 1 paw. Please indicate the position of paw icon within the name with 'paw'. E.g. Shoyu = Sh'paw'yu
Note: One pet per order. Multiple pets will require multiple orders.
Currently available for cats. Do DM us regarding dog's design.
We will pick the colour closest to the photo provided.
2) Upload your pet photo, preferably front view and with good lighting. Do ensure that the eye color, fur coat and tail can be clearly seen.
3) After making payment, we will email you the draft artwork within 3 - 5 working days for your approval.
4) Once approved, we will proceed to create the tag with the approved artwork. No changes can be made after this step.
5) Once completed, we will ship out your tag to your provided shipping address.
Do note that as this is a customised product, no refund or exchange will be entertained.
